Hiroe Fukuchi — The Architect

Hiroe's journey to becoming one of Japan's most uniquely qualified beauty practitioners began with her own struggle. For years, she suffered from severe acne — trying every treatment available with no results. When she was at her lowest, she discovered beauty acupuncture. For the first time in her life, someone told her: "Your skin is beautiful."

That moment changed everything.

Already a veteran esthetician with over two decades of experience, she dove deeper — earning national licenses in acupuncture and moxibustion. She traveled to Bali and earned certification from the Bali provincial government in Balinese healing arts. She studied Taiwanese reflexology. She became a certified medical herb coordinator, a licensed psychological counselor, and a practitioner of Kyūsei Kigaku (Nine Star Ki — Japan's 1,200-year-old astrology system).

But her expertise extends beyond beauty treatments. She is a Senior Instructor of Urasenke tea ceremony — one of Japan's three great tea traditions with over 400 years of history. Her tea name, Sōshin (宗真), was bestowed by her own grandmother, a Grand Master of the school. In the world of tea ceremony, this is not a title that can be purchased or fast-tracked. It represents years of rigorous training under a direct lineage.

Today, Hiroe teaches the next generation of beauty acupuncturists as a practical skills instructor at Fukuoka Iken Professional School. She also raises her young son, splitting her time between Fukuoka and her family home in Miyagi. During her visits to the salon, she personally provides add-on services like Kyūsei Kigaku full readings — delivered as a personalized PDF report after your visit.

Yuko Takeshita — The Practitioner

Yuko came to beauty acupuncture through her own experience. As the years passed, she noticed changes in her face and body that troubled her — the sagging, the fine lines, the fatigue that showed up on her skin. When she discovered beauty acupuncture, it transformed not just her appearance, but her entire sense of self. She regained her confidence.

That personal transformation led her to pursue a rare combination of expertise. She holds four national licenses: acupuncturist, moxibustionist, registered dietitian, and certified psychologist (Kōninshinrishi). She has clinical hospital experience as a dietitian, where she provided nutritional guidance to patients with serious illnesses. She is deeply versed in Kampo — Japanese herbal medicine — integrating it into her dietary consultations.

She is also a fellow instructor at Fukuoka Iken Professional School, teaching alongside Hiroe. With even more years of total experience than our founder, Yuko is the senior practitioner of this salon. Her hands deliver every step of your ritual. Her psychological training allows her to understand the emotional dimensions of beauty — the stress, the self-image, the inner blocks that show on your skin. Her dietetics expertise turns your Yakuzen consultation into genuine medical-grade guidance.
